Harkila Metso 2.0 Rucksack Backpack
The Metso 2.0 rucksack is made from a soft, very low-noise, wool fabric. It has a removable rifle sleeve, to leave both arms free while keeping your rifle close to you. The front of the rucksack features an elasticated drawstring for attaching various items, such as a blanket or seat pad. On the sides and the wide hip belt are Molle system attachments for various items of equipment. A small mesh pocket is also supplied for your GPS device or similar.
On the sides are compression straps and large mesh pockets. There is a snow seal and click lock at the opening, and a pocket for your water pouch inside. The side that rests against your back is mesh-lined, to transport moisture away. The straps of the rucksack are also ventilated and are sufficiently wide to properly distribute the weight of your rifle across your shoulders. The difference this makes will be evident on a long trek with your rifle on your back. In addition, the straps are completely flat, so they do not intrude, unlike many others, when shooting with the pack in place.
